Charlotte, NC – Car Crash at Dogwood Ln & Asbury Chapel Rd

Charlotte, NC (April 2, 2021) – At 3:15 a.m. on the morning of Friday, April 2, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Charlotte.

According to Charlotte officials, the accident happened at the intersection of Dogwood Lane and Asbury Chapel Road. Two or more vehicles allegedly entered the intersection at the same time, which led to extensive damages.

Numerous responders, including local paramedics and fire crews, were present at the scene. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.

The intersection was blocked in the area for an extended period of time.

The investigation into the circumstances of the accident continues.
