Charlotte, NC – Christopher White Killed in Fatal Crash on Mount Holly Rd

Charlotte, NC (January 11, 2021) – Around 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 9, a man was killed in a fatal crash in Charlotte.

Police reported that the accident took place at 11300 Mount Holly Road. According to officials, 25-year-old Christopher Scott White, Jr., was driving a Honda Accord traveling east on the roadway when the vehicle was struck on the driver’s side by a Hyundai Sonata. This caused the Honda to drive off the side of the road and into a field.

Paramedics were dispatched to the scene of the collision. White was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision. The driver of the Hyundai, 33-year-old Laura Weber, was taken to Atrium Main with minor injuries. A 14-month-old child in her vehicle was also hospitalized.
