Charlotte, NC (February 12, 2021) – Around 5:10 p.m. on Friday evening, February 12, a car accident with injuries occurred at an intersection in Charlotte.
According to Charlotte officials, the accident took place at the intersection of Camp Stewart Road and Harrisburg Road. Police confirmed that two vehicles collided with each other in the area, which led to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to the hospital for treatment. Their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked at the intersection for a period of time.
The investigation into the circumstances of the accident continues at this time.
