Charlotte, NC – Car Accident with Injuries at Rea Rd and Williams Pond Ln

Charlotte, NC (November 24, 2020) – Around 5:13 p.m. on Tuesday evening, November 24, a car accident with injuries occurred in Charlotte.

Charlotte authorities confirmed that the accident took place at the intersection of Rea Road and Williams Pond Lane when multiple vehicles collided with each other. One of the vehicles involved in the accident struck a utility pole in the area, which led to extensive damages.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene of the accident to help those with injuries. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were injured as a result of the accident. Their conditions are not yet known.

Due to the severity of the crash, the intersection was blocked in all lanes for a short period of time.

No further details have been released. An investigation into the collision continues at this time.
