Charlotte, NC – Hit-and-Run Accident at Milton Rd & N Sharon Amity Rd

Charlotte, NC (March 13, 2021) – Around 5:15 p.m. on Saturday, March 13, a hit-and-run accident occurred at an intersection in Charlotte.

According to officials, the accident happened at the intersection of Milton Road and North Sharon Amity Road. Two vehicles collided in the area, with one immediately fleeing the scene. It is not known if police found the responsible party.

Paramedics and numerous other responders were present at the scene. One or more victims were immediately hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.

The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for an extended period of time.
