Charlotte, NC – Car Accident at Tennessee Ave & Honeywood Ave

Charlotte, NC (March 15, 2021) – Around 5:15 p.m. on the evening of Monday, March 15, a car accident took place at an intersection in Charlotte.

According to Charlotte officials, the accident took place at the intersection of Tennessee Avenue and Honeywood Avenue. Two or more vehicles entered the intersection at the same time, which led to extensive damages to the involved vehicles.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately called to the scene. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to the hospital for treatment.

The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for a period of time.

No further details have been released but the investigation continues.
